Canadian Sour

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 ounces Canadian whisky

• 2 ounces lemon juice

• 1 teaspoon sugar (or 3/4 ounce simple syrup)

• Garnish: maraschino cherry or lemon wedge

METHOD:

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a double rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon wedge.
