Canadian Sour
INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 ounces Canadian whisky

2 ounces lemon juice

1 teaspoon sugar (or 3/4 ounce simple syrup)

Garnish: maraschino cherry or lemon wedge
METHOD:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a double rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon wedge.
