Canterbury Cream Affogato
A decadent dessert cocktail poured over vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop good-quality vanilla ice cream
- 30 ml strong black coffee (like plunger coffee)
- 30 ml Canterbury Cream liqueur
Method
Place the scoop of vanilla ice cream into a small bowl or coffee mug.
Pour the warm coffee and the Canterbury Cream over the ice cream.
