Cherry Blossom Cocktail

Ingredients:
52ml -  Larios London Dry Gin
15ml - Vanilla infused Vermouth
100ml - Cherry Jam
8ml - Lemon Juice
2.5ml - Simple Syrup
Ice
To garnish - Cherry blossoms or edible flowers like rose petals (optional).


Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to break up the jam for 15 seconds.
2. Strain through a tea strainer into a coupe glass to make the cocktail more clear.
3. Garnish with cherry blossoms or other edible flowers like rose petals.
