Frozen Irish Cream Cappuccinos

 Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup ice or coffee ice cubes
  • 600mL cups freshly brewed coffee
  • 160mL cup Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 60mL cup milk
  • pinch of salt
  • whipped cream for topping
  • cinnamon for sprinkling
  • caramel/chocolate sauce

 Method

Combine the coffee, Bailey’s, milk, ice and pinch of salt in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, cinnamon/caramel/chocolate sauce. 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹: Drizzle caramel/chocolate syrup on inside of glass before pouring.
