Pineapple Whiskey Sour
It’s sweet and bold with a buttery-smooth finish…
Ingredients
- 60ml Whiskey
- 25ml Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Syrup (sugar, maple, honey, agavae)
- 1 Egg White
- Ice
- Pineapple to garnish
Method
Dry shake your egg white in the shaker to create a foam. Add whiskey, pineapple juice, lemon juice and syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds. Strain into glass and garnish with pineapple and cherries.
