Roku Orchard Martinez

Citrus and warm spice, perfect for autumn nights.

• 1 part Roku Japanese Craft Gin
• 1 part sweet vermouth
• 3 slices fresh pear
• 1 twist lemon

Add pear and Roku Gin to mixing glass. Muddle gently to release pear flavour. Add ice and all other ingredients to mixing container. Stir for 30 seconds. Strain into frozen glass before garnishing.
