"Pretty in pink" hue makes it an ideal choice for brunches!!

Ingrediants

  • 45ml Gin 
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Gomme Syrup
  • 90ml Sparkling Rosè
  • Optional: Lemon twist to garnish

 

Method

Add Gin, Lemon Juice & Gomme Syrup into your shaker with ice & shake for 10-20 seconds. Strain into Champagne flute and top off with Sparkling Rosè. Garnish with Lemon twist and Rosemary spring.
