Salted Caramel Rum Hot Chocolate

Ingredients 

  • 25ml Ratu Dark Rum
  • 2 tsp dulce de leche (or thick caramel)
  • 150ml whole milk
  • 50g milk chocolate chopped

Method

In a bowl, mix the rum and dulce de leche until smooth and set aside. Warm milk in a pot over a medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat, add in chocolate, stirring till melted. Put the pot back on the heat until warm then add the rum mixture and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
